I’m a God-fearing. Honest, humble, respectful, and authentic man seeking the companionship and serious friendship, relationship with a special lady who enjoys the meaningful, purposeful, and significant things of life with me because it is BIGGER than me.

I value family, a woman’s perspective, as well as her input. I respect a woman’s differences- particularly her emotions. It brings balance to logic, and gives me a complete picture of her life and her views on life. The female brain is uniquely designed to pick up on more perception and intuition than the male brain. This often is the case.

I have a good sense of humor, and I don’t take myself too serious. I have a CDL license, and I have experience in the oil fields. Before I was incarcerated I was going to school at Career Unlimited in Tyler, Texas so I could obtain my barber’s license.

I was ACQUITTED  of Aggravated Assault, the lesser offense, and convicted of Aggravated Robbery- the greater inclusive offense in the second trial. The injustice compelled me to study and research criminal and constitutional law. It is double jeopardy and ineffective assistance of counsel. I had NO state habeas counsel in my initial review collateral proceeding, so I was able to re-file, by filing a “Rule 60(b)(6) Motion for Relief”. Lord willing, I go home this year in 2020. My case- Civil Action No. 6:07cv235- has been pending since 9/4/2019,since I was tried for the same offense.

I am down-to-earth and I do not discriminate. I have a grateful attitude and a passion for drawing cards and writing poetry. God Bless and hopefully, I will hear from you soon. Photos are welcome! Take care.
